Orthodontics for children

Interceptive orthodontics. Assessment and monitoring of growth and dentition development for early diagnosis and correction of possible changes. Use of fixed or removable appliances.

Orthodontics for adolescents

Close follow-up to provide timely orthodontic intervention during the most appropriate growth phase, optimizing results. Use of fixed, removable, and/or aligner appliances.

Orthodontics for adults

Correction of dental alignment at any age with a comprehensive approach. Orthodontics works alongside other dental specialties and may complement other treatments to restore aesthetics and function. Use of fixed appliances or aligners.

Advanced orthodontics

Resolution of more complex cases using advanced treatment techniques, including hybrid approaches (combining fixed appliances, aligners, orthodontic mini-implants, among others). Orthodontic-surgical treatment in collaboration with maxillofacial surgery.

Aligner treatment

Orthodontic treatment using aligners to correct tooth positioning. Aligners are removable, discreet, and comfortable treatment devices. Ongoing monitoring throughout treatment to optimize results.

About Me

Dr. Bianca Rosca - Orthodontics Specialist

My clinical journey began in general dentistry, where I cared for entire families for years and built close, trusted relationships. This experience gives me a broader view of each patient and supports collaborative work across specialties for better oral health care.

Specializing in orthodontics grew from a strong interest in delivering differentiated treatments and solving complex cases. After a full-time, 3-year postgraduate program at the University of Lisbon, I continued advanced training across several orthodontic areas.

I analyze every case with meticulous attention to detail and total dedication, always seeking the best possible outcome. Passion for the profession and the trust I build with patients are my signature, ensuring rigor, closeness, and safety.

Ana Barroso

Virtual Assistant & Patient Manager

With 27+ years in oral health, Ana has experience in advanced oral surgery, implantology, oral rehabilitation, dental aesthetics, and orthodontics. As a virtual assistant and patient manager, she coordinates clinical follow-up, treatment organization, and communication between the medical team and patients, with a focus on maxillofacial surgery and orthodontics.
